CHPACKer is a user interface that will use programs to automatically package
a CHPACK file for you to create a character for CTGP-7 with as less pain as possible

Running the software

To run CHPACKer you need these things

• Any Windows 10 or 11 computer (or a virtual machine/translation layer)
  
• The Visual 2013 VC++ 12.0 librairies
  (both in x86 and x64, only for windows user)
