When a CHPACK is opened and on this menu, every images are pre-selected but you can of course change these

The tool is able to see if a character as the 1 pixel offset explained in the Create CHPACK part of this part

So you can enable it and it will stay like this or disable it and it will be removed
(If it's not there and that you check the checkbox, this will add the offset)

However the resize checkbox will not be checked if the CHPACK already had resized images upon it's creation

You can't resize an image to it's same size with quality loss, it won't do anything,
but you can still enable it if you plan on editing these images
